- A clinician licensed in your state reviews your visit online. Some answers require a video conversation before any prescription; the questionnaire tells you when that applies.
- Telehealth has limits: no one examines you in person, and conditions that need a physical exam are referred to in-person care.
- You can withdraw consent and stop treatment at any time by messaging your care team in the portal.
