1. A flat visit fee

   Charged when a clinician reviews your intake. It covers the review, the prescription if you qualify and the follow-up messaging the protocol calls for. Renewals, where they apply, cost less than the first visit.

2. The medication, at cash price

   Most medications ship as recurring 90-day supplies. Outbreak and short-course medications ship as courses. The listed price is the price you pay. Cancel a recurring supply whenever you want.

3. No membership fee

   There is no subscription to the pharmacy itself and no fee while you are not being treated.

These are generic FDA-approved medications. If your insurance copay would beat our cash price, we tell you. An intake that ends at a safety rule before review is never charged.
